Gilson® Laboratory Jaw Crusher Laboratory Jaw Crushers are designed for economic size reduction of typical aggregates and common minerals at an output scaled for laboratory testing. Adjustable jaw openings allow close control of output size. High operating rpm promotes efficient size reduction with lower dust generation compared to other crushers and pulverizes. Crushers are mounted on sturdy welded-steel base frames with CSA-rated electric motors and are fully equipped with pulleys, feed hoppers, and safety guards. Replacement Jaw Plate sets are available.

 

Wet Magnetic Drum Separator The wet magnetic drum separators are available in two major magnetic configurations: WLIMS (Wet Low Intensity Magnetic Separator) Ceramic magnets are the basic building blocks of the magnetic circuit of these separators. WMIMS (Wet Medium Intensity Magnetic Separator) Rare Earth Magnets (Nd-Fe-B) constitute the basic building block of the magnetic circuit of these magnets. Major Applications: - For heavy media and FeSi recovery in dense media circuits. - For magnetic ore concentration like ferro-silicon and magnetite ore. - WMIMS typically used for scavenging circuits in magnetic ore concentration. Feature Design: Tank styles: Counter Rotation (Standard and Opti-flow), Concurrent and counter current. Magnetic circuits: Maltipole (Radial Pole), Axial Interpole and high gradient magnetic circuits.

Spiral Separation Test Rigs A spiral is a low-cost gravity separator designed to treat pulp with a mineral content in the 1-50% range by weight. 1, 2 or 3 helixes per column and with any number of turns per helix available.

 

Holman-Wilfley 800 Shaker Table Separates particle grains of it’s feed material based on the differences in their specific gravity, density, size and shape. Features: - Self Lubricating head motion and two gel coat, decks - Water manifold with spray gun, feed dilution, and wash water controls fitted - Stroke, tilt and end slope easily adjusted, while machine is operating - Stroke frequency by inverter (options of 110V, 230V single phase) - Machine is portable

NobleMEIR’s Technical Sample Splitters Sample Splitters are precisely designed to reduce the bulk of material to a convenient representative size for laboratory analysis. It provides an accuracy that is recognized throughout the industry. The dimensions used to size each Sample Splitter are: the chute width, number of chutes, and, the length and width of the hopper. NobleMEIR has several Sample Splitters available. Calibrated for accuracy, 16-gage Stainless-Steel, carbon fiber and anodized riffle bank for easy cleaning.

Gilson® 8” Tapping Sieve Shaker Mechanical Tapping Sieve Shakers use a repetitive two-way tapping motion paired with an aggressive circular mechanical action to yield accurate material separations while preventing blinding. These units are ideal for a wide range of materials from 2in to as fine as No. 635 (50mm to 20µm) using 8in to 12in (200mm to 305mm) ASTM or ISO test sieves. Features exclusive circular rotation action with two-way tapping operating at 48 taps per minute and Gilson’s innovative EZ-Clamp system efficiently secures sieve stacks for accurate, repeatable separations.

Mechanical Test Sieves Test Sieves are available in a variety of configurations for use with many different particle-sizing applications. Some meet specific requirements of particular ASTM or ISO specifications. Most test sieves stack or nest with others of similar construction for efficient, sequential separations. Conventional test sieves have round metal frames of stainless steel or brass with mesh woven from stainless steel or brass wire.

Gilson® Rotary Sample Divider Gilson Spinning Riffler is a rotary sample divider that offers much better accuracy and reliability than traditional riffle splitters for separating dry materials. A built-in vibratory feeder provides a constant flow of material from a stainless steel hopper with 1L capacity.  The durable urethane-based resin dividing head sharply separates flowing material into as many as sixteen 60ml glass sample containers.

Features a custom designed touchscreen controller/display, minimal moving parts and an outer case designed for easy clean-up and maintenance. Operation is quieter and safer thanks to an isolated motor and vibrator, automatic cog belt-drive system and sample vessel enclosure. Available sample vials with threaded caps enable freshly divided samples to be sealed and stored immediately with minimal handling and little chance for contamination.

Marcy Scales Pulp Density/Specific Gravity Scales simplify determination of pulp densities and specific gravities of pulps, liquids, and dry solids by allowing direct reading of specific gravity, percent solids and weight in kilograms. Wide range covers specific gravities of dry solids ranging from 1.2 to 7.8 by selection of one of twelve included interchangeable dial faces. Scales are constructed of sturdy painted steel and have 10in (254mm) circular dial with acrylic lens.
